A solid Fage Yogurt HCG Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe that works well to enhance the flavor of many vegetables and recipes.

Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup Fage 0 yogurt
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coarsely chopped fresh thyme
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions for HCG Fage Blue Cheese Dressing:

1. Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and thyme in a bowl
2. Stir / Fold in cheese.
3. Season with salt and pepper.

***Important!*** The above serving size nutritional information is 1 Tablespoon! This recipe makes about 1.5 cups so the approximate serving size to be 1 tablespoon and the recipe made 25 tablespoons. 1 tablespoon has approximately 1 gram of fat, less than a half gram of sugar and 15 calories.
