- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Chop ingredients.
Instructions
- Chop ingredients.
- Add spices and chill in refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.

Get spicy – Throw in some cayenne, heck, live a little!
