Recipe: HCG Chicken Salad with Apple
Summary: Super tasty and incredibly easy, this hcg chicken salad recipe is great in a pinch.
Ingredients
- 100 grams Chicken, cooked
- 1 Apple, diced
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- Stevia to taste
- Butter Lettuce
Instructions
- Chop chicken
- Mix chicken, apples and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon.
- Chill for 20 minutes.
- Serve over lettuce.
- Use Lettuce as a wrap
Quick notes
We always recommend keeping cooked & chilled chicken in the refrigerator for a recipe just like this. A super simple baked (and tasty) chicken recipe for this is to simply salt and pepper some sliced chicken breasts and roast in the oven until done. Easy and flavorful!
Variations
Why not try to add just a dash of braggs liquid aminos, or even apple cider vinegar.
