Ingredients

  • 100 grams fish (Cod Preferred)
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Chopped cabbage (raw)
  • Lime juice
  • Sliced Radish
  • Chopped Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Beat fish into a flat filet and season with spices.
  2. (Use saran wrap with mallet to pound fish to 1/2″ thickness.)
  3. Place fish in a hot non-stick skillet for a few minutes, turn over, wait for a couple of minutes and add some water.
  4. Swirl in water to get the caramelized look.
  5. Take it out of pan and crumble it.
  6. Mix everything together.
  7. Top with lime juice, sliced radish and cilantro.

Quick notes

Make sure that your non-stick skillet is hot enough to begin browning the fish immediately. Any meaty white fish will work well here. A red meat fish such as salmon isn’t as desirable in this particular dish.

Variations

Add some avocado, or trade out the lime for lemon. You can also use old bay seasoning to coat the fish before browning. Those are just a couple ideas for this hcg diet recipe.
