Recipe Tips and Tricks

Sometimes a nice fresh pesto is just what’s needed for a pick me up. This recipe is fun and vibrant and is intended to break up the monotony of the hcg diet plan. I recommend that you make extra pesto to use as a flavor enhancer whenever you need a little boost. You can use a hcg diet digital scale to make sure you don’t ‘over sauce’ or include too many calories.

Quick tip: You can substitute chicken with tofu (extra firm) if you are following the hcg vegan or vegetarian diet.
