Summary: Just because you’re on the hcg diet doesn’t mean you can’t have bar food! Try this hcg buffalo hot wing recipe and turn on some sports.


  • 100g chicken breast tenders
  • ¼ c vinegar
  • ¼ c water
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp Chili Powder (adjust as needed)


  1. In small bowl, mix vinegar, water, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for 1-2hrs.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 Add chili powder to a small dish and dip chicken in chili powder.
  4. Place on rack in baking pan.
  5. Bake 15-20 mins turning halfway through.
  6. Serve immediately with some homemade buffalo sauce or Frank’s original red hot sauce.

For starters, we’re not using chicken wings – We use chicken breast tenders. This heavily reduces the calorie load because we don’t have to contend with the fat residing in chicken wing skin. We are also baking the chicken instead of frying, which makes us smart hcg dieters.

In order to maximize the flavor of the chicken breast tenders, make sure to marinate them as long as possible. 1.5 to 2 hours is acceptable, but I even go as far as a 3 hour marinade


Turn up the heat! Slice up your favorite chile and marinate the chicken with the slices. Want to really kick it up a notch? Slice some habaneros or even some ghost chilies. Though you may burn off your face, the flavor might be worth it! (Probably not.)

You can also serve the hcg chicken tenders with carrots and celery for the real ‘bar’ feel. Turn on the HDTV and put your favorite football team on. Toast with a glass of water or iced tea.
