  • 100 grams Ground beef (lean) for each serving
  • 1 serving Melba toast crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon hcg friendly ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Cayenne to taste
  • ΒΌ teaspoon paprika


  1. Crush Melba toast into fine powder.
  2. Mix with the ground beef, chopped onion
  3. and spices.
  4. Place in a baking dish, loaf pan or muffin tin for single servings.
  5. Baste with ketchup recipe mixture and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cook longer for multiple servings using a loaf pan.

Quick notes

Make sure to use a lean beef product from the meat section at your local grocer. Here in Nevada, there is Laura’s Lean Beef which is grass fed & organic. Sometimes pricey, but the flavor is far superior.

Do not make this hcg meatloaf recipe unless you have some sort of high quality organic lean beef available. The nutritional analysis shown for this recipe is using a 95% / 5% organic lean ground beef recipe.


Lean organic ground turkey can be substituted for the beef, but remember, the turkey will naturally be drier. You can moisten the meat with a tablespoon or two of water while mixing in the ingredients.

I recommend adding some Bragg’s liquid amino’s to the mixture as well for a deeper, richer flavor!
